The “Claim Your Ticket” program (“the Program”) is an initiative offered by Best Service Education (“BSE”) to recognize and celebrate the academic achievements of students who have successfully completed their classes. By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Eligibility Criteria:
• To qualify for the Program, participants must have successfully completed all required classes within the specified time frame.
• The Program is open to all students who meet the eligibility criteria, irrespective of their overall academic standing.
2. Destinations and Choices:
• Participants who meet the Program’s eligibility criteria will be presented with a selection of destination options.
• Once a participant selects a destination, their choice is considered final and cannot be changed.
3. Travel Arrangements:
• BSE will make every effort to facilitate travel arrangements to the chosen destination for eligible participants.
• Participants are responsible for adhering to any travel regulations, including visa requirements, health and safety protocols, and entry restrictions of the chosen destination.
4. Participant Responsibilities:
• Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information provided during the Program application process.
• BSE reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and academic completion records.
5. Modification or Cancellation:
• BSE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at its discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to operational considerations.
• In the event of modifications or cancellations, BSE will communicate with eligible participants to discuss alternative options.
6. Liability and Indemnity:
• Participants understand that travel involves inherent risks and that BSE shall not be held liable for any losses, injuries, or damages incurred during the travel period.
• By participating in the Program, participants agree to release and hold harmless BSE, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, or actions arising from their participation.
7. Privacy and Data Usage:
• Participants’ personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with BSE’s privacy policy.
• Participant information may be used for communication, verification, and travel-related purposes.
8. Program Communication:
• Participants agree to receive program-related communications, updates, and notifications from BSE.
9. Governing Law:
• The Program and its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BSE is located.
10. Acceptance of Terms:
• By participating in the Program, participants indicate their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
